Most people find they do not have cell coverage at the house. We use the "wi-fi enabled calling" feature on our phone with great success when home. We do recommend downloading your navigation destination before leaving the WiFi service as the mountains provide pockets without reception.

The road we are located on is a maintained hard-packed gravel road. Our driveway is gravel. Both are suited to most any type of vehicle.
